Aggressotype Protocols
The Aggressotype partners have agreed to share their knowledge and best practices and will subsequently publish their protocols here to make them easily accessible for everyone interested.
For the segmentation of structural magnetic resonance (MRI) data and for the processing of diffusion-weighted images (DTI) we use the publicly available protocols of the ENIGMA consortium. These can be found here.
